Our rapidly growing cybersecurity team is currently looking to hire an ambitious Sales Manager. 

Overview of the Position

The Enterprise Sales Manager drives PCA Cyber Security’s growth in strategic industries -including financial services, industrial/OT cybersecurity, automotive, defence, and critical infrastructure - by developing tailored sales strategies, securing enterprise contracts, and fostering long-term client partnerships.

The position is focused on net new business, and the compensation package reflects this, with bonuses and commission paid on the acquisition of new logos and revenue generated.

The targets set are realistic and achievable, based on an agreed business plan.

Working closely with cross-functional teams such as R&D, marketing, and product management, the Enterprise Sales Manager ensures that PCA Cyber Security’s solutions align with evolving customer demands and industry trends. The role requires handling complex deal structures, leading negotiations, and securing high-value enterprise contracts while maintaining a sharp focus on compliance, innovation, and international business development.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in cybersecurity sales, experience across industry verticals, and the ability to foster strategic partnerships in both domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategic sales plans focused on financial institutions, payment providers, PTS (PIN Transaction Security) manufacturers, government bodies, automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industrial and embedded system manufacturers.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and solution alignment with industry-specific needs and regulations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new opportunities and expanding into international markets.
  • Work closely with internal teams (product, R&D, marketing) to ensure go-to-market readiness and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Support sales planning through regular reporting on pipeline, forecasts, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Identify market risks and develop contingency plans while nurturing strategic partnerships for sustainable growth.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise-level contracts, including proposals, pricing models, negotiations, and final agreements.
  • Monitor industry trends, threat landscapes, and competitors to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Who and what we are looking for

  • Proven track record in B2B cybersecurity sales with experience across strategic industry verticals.
  • Strong network and ability to build executive-level relationships across mid-market and enterprise organisations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Solid technical understanding of cybersecurity solutions and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with resilience to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) preferred.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French) are advantageous.
